中国红木文化产品出口利导策略研究

摘    要:当前,国际贸易保护制度制约了我国红木一般制品出口。各国以保护资源性产品为名制定名贵木材尤其是红木及制品出口禁限政策。近来,我国红木一般制品生产的进料成本大幅提高,出口成本急剧增加,出口量及金额迅速下降。同时,国家却大力鼓励支持我国文化产品出口。为此,我国红木制品生产企业要抓住机遇,充分利用利导政策支持;大力开发、出口红木文化产品,化解当前红木制品国际贸易出口困境。

Abstract:At present,international trade protectionism has extremely restricted the export of Chinese mahogany general products.For sake of protecting resource products,many countries put forward restriction policy on valuable timber export,especially on mahogany and its products.Recently,the cost in both importing the raw materials for general mahogany products and exporting this kind of products has sharply increased in China while the volume and amount of the export of general mahogany products have declined rapidly.Now,our country strongly encourages and supports the exports of cultural products.Chinese manufacturers of mahogany products should seize this opportunity and take full advantages of the favorable policy to develop and export mahogany cultural products so as to resolve the current international trade problem of mahogany products export.
