信息化带动工业化的内在机理及政策建议

The core of the new road to industrialization with Chinese characteristics lies in the integration of informationization and industrialization.Its essence is to use information technique to reform and promote traditional industries and accelerate its transformation and upgrading.Accordingly,the internal mechanism of informationization driving industrialization can be discussed from two layers： using informationization to reform traditional industries and promote their upgrading.To achieve this goal,the government should lay a solid foundation for organization,technology,micro information and industries,and should also have some related institutional innovations.
