| 摘 要： | 现阶段青藏高原农牧区的社会保障有了一定发展,但仍存在一些问题。从青藏高原农牧区社会保障的现状和存在问题出发,探究影响其发展的制约因素,进而提出有针对性的建议。

| Abstract: | Although the social security of farm and pastoral areas on Tibetan plateau has been developed,problems still exist.Based on the analysis of the present social security system in these areas and some problems,this paper attempts to probe into the factors which restrict the development and put forward some suggestions. |
