复杂地质条件下公路隧道衬砌优化设计

摘    要:结合贵州省小坝田隧道工程,介绍复杂地质条件下深埋公路隧道初期支护设计。通过现场实测数据分析表明:原设计过于保守,导致建筑材料的严重浪费,大大增加了工程成本。本文通过数值模拟计算最终得出了合理的初期支护设计方案。在保证施工安全与设计要求的前提下节省了建筑材料,降低了施工成本。同时本优化方案同样适合于该地区隧道群相同围岩条件下的隧道施工设计,可为同类型隧道的初期支护设计提供参考。

Abstract:By consideration of the Xiaobatian tunnel in Guizhou province, the initial support of deep buried tunnel under complex geological conditions is introduced. The field test data shows that the primary design is too conservative and it leads to waste the materials seriously and increases the project cost. Based on the numerical simulation calculation, the optimal initial support design is proposed in this paper. On the precondition of the security of the construction and the design specification, building materials are economized and initial cost is cut down. The proposed scheme is not only suitable for the other tunnels with the same surrounding rock in the tunnel group in this area, but useful in providing the initial support design for the similar tunnel.
