正构烷烃在0.5 nm分子筛上蒸馏脱附动力学研究

摘    要:在433、453和473K下进行了正己烷、正庚烷和正辛烷从0.5nm分子筛上蒸馏脱附实验.另外,对正庚烷考查了不同起始吸附量时的脱附速率.脱附剂采用的是二苯醚.建立了相应于高温下液相热脱附量的计算方法.实验结果表明,对于分离烃类混合物中的正构烷烃来说,0.5nm分子筛是液相再生性能较好的分子筛,二苯醚是一种较好的脱附剂.

Abstract:The distillation-desorption experiments of n-hexane, n-heptane and n-octane from 0.5 nm molecular sieve are carried out at 433,453 and 473 K, respectively. In addition, the desorption-rate of n-heptane under the different initial adsorptive loadings on 0.5 nm molecular sieve is researched. The liquid used in desorption is diphenyl oxide. The calculating method of amount desorbed at higher temperature where the escaping of adsorbate from experimental system existed is built. The experimental results show that 0.5 nm molecular sieve is a kind of better adsorbent and diphenyl oxide is a kind of better regenerant for separating n-heptane from hydrocarbon mixture.
