| 摘 要： | 女排精神对我国体育事业及两个“文明”建设产生过巨大影响。要使我国排球运动长盛不衰，必须国家队和基层队两手抓，两手都要硬，尤其要大力增加排球活动人口。铜山县提出创建“全国排球特色县”，并坚持运作了5年，其思路、方法和过程，为我国解决排球基础训练提供了很好的实例。

| Abstract: | The spirit values of sportswomen of national volleyball team have produced a huge ef-fect on Chinese sporting world and constructions of two civilizations. It must stress the national team and basic unit team at the same time, especially to increase the number of people playing volleyball in order to maintain a dominant position in the world. The national traditional features county of volleyball was founded in Tongshan county has carried out for five years, its train of thought, methods and process will afford us a useful example to solve the problems of volleyball basic training in China. |
