| 摘 要： | 研究了用微波网络分析仪组成的ＬＤ电光特性测试系统。对采用微带线结构的 光调制器和光检测器电路作了详细分析。并运用系统误差修正的理论和方法对国产ＬＤ 的微波特性和调制特性参数进行了测试，结果表明精度和可靠性达到国外八十年代同类 系统水平。

| Abstract: | A LD electro-optical characteristics test system with Microwave Network Analyzer was developed. A detail analysis on the circuits of optical modulator and photodetector designed with microstrip line is presented. The theory and technique of system error correction was applied to the measurement of microwave characteristics and modulation characteristics of LD made in China. The accuracy and stability of the results has reached the 80's international level. |
