基于整体优势度的应急救援案例推理决策

对突发公共事件的应急救援决策进行研究,提出基于案例推理的应急救援决策方法.通过案例的四元组表征,分析基于案例推理的应急救援决策机理;针对传统案例检索使用对称距离计算相似度在应急救援决策应用中的不足,利用整体优势度对源案例与目标案例间的矢量距离进行识别,从正向匹配和负向匹配的角度改进检索策略,提高案例匹配的有效性;同时,结合整体优势度对决策方案进行调整和学习.最后,以煤矿事故应急救援实例说明了该方法能够在相似案例中筛除负向匹配源案例,优化源案例对目标案例的决策支持.
