| 摘 要： | 探讨改良Ｋｋｅｄａ手术治疗小儿先天性巨结肠症的远期效果。方法：回顾１９８２－１９９７年采用改良Ｉｋｅｄａ手术治疗小儿先天性巨结肠８５例，随访４９例手术后１－１０年排便功能，通过临床评分，观察术后疗效。

| Abstract: | Aim: To establish a long - term results of modified Ikeda's procedure (MIP) in children suffering from Hirschsprung's disease (HD). Methods: From 1982 - 1997 MIP, MLP has been performed on 85 cases of children (73 males, 12 females) with HD. After the MIP, 49 cases was followed - up and assessed for 1-10 years. Results: Among them, the bowel function was excellent in 28 cases (57.6% ), good in 12 cases (24.5% ), fair in 7 cases (14. 3% ), poor in 2 cases (4. 1 % ). Postoperative bowel function was influenced by complications and it also was improved significantly by increase patients' age. Conclusion: MIP is simple, safe and effective for treating Hirschsprung's disease. |
