| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等,对参加我国青少年男子排球锦标赛获得前11名运动队运动员的竞技运动水平进行了调查与分析,主要调查指标有形态、机能、素质、技术、战术、心理,对存在的问题提出了改进的对策与建议. |

| Abstract: | Method of questionnaire investigation, method of mathematical status and method of logical analysis are adopted and the sports levels of the top 11 players who joined in Chinese Adolescent Male Volleyball Tournament were also investigated and analyzed. The main investigating indexes are forms, function, quality, technology, tactics and mentality. Improving countermeasures and suggestions are given to deal with existing problems. |
