摘    要:研究了可粘性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)板材的制备工艺及其粘合性能.确定了加工工艺参数,讨论了添加剂LW和经表面处理的LW对树脂粘合性能的影响.实验结果显示:通过在PTFE中混合LW,可以有效改善PTFE板材的粘合性能;当采用硅烷偶联剂KH550、十六烷基溴化胺对LW表面进行处理,粘合性能可以进一步提高,并且硅烷偶联剂KH550处理LW的效果更好.

Abstract:The technology of preparing cohesible poly(tetrafluoroethylene)(PTFE) board and regarding adhesion property were discussed.The effects of additive LW and surface treated additive LW with hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)and silane coupling agent KH550 were discussed.Experimental data showed the adhesion strength of PTFE board was improved through adding additive LW.Higher adhesion strength was achieved by adding the treated additive LW with CTAB and silane coupling agent KH550.
