摘    要:通过对紫粒小麦漯珍1号×白粒小麦8901杂交后代遗传分析表明,紫粒小麦漯珍1号的粒色性状受2对独立的显性基因控制;采用SSR技术结合BSA方法,筛选到了2个与色素基因相连锁的微卫星标记--2A染色体短臂上的Xgwm47和3A染色体长臂上的Xgwm155.

Abstract:In this experiment,the F3 seeds and F2 population derived from LUOZHEN 1(purple grain wheat) and 8901(white grain wheat) were analyzed genetically.The result suggested that the grain color of LUOZHEN 1 was controlled by two independent genes.Two markers linked with pigment genes were obtained by screening combined microsatellite and BSA(bulked segregate analysis),one was Xgwm47 located on 2AS,the other was Xgwm155 on 3AL.
