绝缘子的抗基因沉默功能及应用研究进展

摘    要:绝缘子是存在于真核细胞生物的一类DNA边界元件,它的序列结构包含一个DNaseI敏感位点。经过长期实验发现,当绝缘子位于基因的旁侧时,可以作为一种屏障,防止其它基因结构或调控信号对目的基因的影响及异染色的形成。随着研究的深入,绝缘子越来越多的生物学功能被发现,它的应用也越来越广泛。就绝缘子的抗基因沉默功能及应用做了简单的介绍。

Abstract:Insulators are DNA boundary elements in eukaryotic cell,and they are characterized by a specialized chromatin structure that manifests as a constitutive DNaseI hypersensitive site.After long term experiments,it is found that insulators could protect transcribed regions from outside regulatory influences by flanking the gene.With the in-deep of insulators,insulators are more and more popular due to the plenty biological function.We here introduce the anti-gene silencing function and application.
