| 摘 要： | 高校人才队伍建设与高校的发展息息相关。高校需要以科学发展观为指导,并根据事业发展的需要,以人为本地做好人才资源的开发。在做好人才队伍建设规划的前提下,营造有利环境,合理配置学校资源,将培养与引进共举,通过合理的岗位聘任和严格的绩效管理促进人才队伍建设。
