论第三部门

第三部门是介于政府部门与企业部门之间或之外的社会部门,它与政府部门、企业部门构成现代社会三大支柱。第三部门是现代社会协调运转的不可缺少的组成部分,具有促进社会稳定、填补事业空档、荟萃各类人才、提供优质服务、有利民主发展、加强国际合作的作用。我们要采取一系列措施,使第三部门在我国走一条健康有序的发展道路。

The third department is a social department which is somewhere between goverment department and enterprise department,or outside them two.It is one of the three pilars of modern society,the other two being goverment department and enterprise department.The third department is an indispensable component part of modern society and is indispensable for the harmonious working of modern society.It performs quite a few functions: to enhance social stability,fill gaps in causes,assemble various kinds of talented people,offer excellent service,help democracy forward,and strengthen international co-operation.We must take a series of measures to enable the third department to develop along a sound and orderly track.
