| 摘 要： | 结合现实情况，采用学生毕业论文与实验教材建设、实验教学实施相结合的方法，进行应化综合实验课程建设．该探索方法做到了单门课程自成一套的改革，做到了课程内容设置在课程之内和不同课程之间的融会贯通及紧密配合的统一，有利于教材编写的精、广、新；有利于反映时代特征，较好地实现了应化综合实验课程系统性、科学性和先进性的相结合；有利于激发学生学习积极性，培养学生创新能力．
