| 摘 要： | 灰色预测模型ＧＭ（１，１）是项目可行性研究中对市场进行定量预测的一种方法．具体的实施步骤为：确定预测目的；收集整理资料和数据；建立模型；进行模型检验．在对ＧＭ（１，１）进行讨论的基础上，给出了具体的应用实例．
