| 摘 要： | 利用苯酚硫酸法对不同产地松茸子实体多糖含量进行测定，考察了温度、酸碱盐介质以及微波提取对松茸多糖提取的影响。实验表明，不同产地松茸子实体多糖含量无差异；截波提取能王著提高多糖的提取率，可使松茸多糖提取率达3．75％。

| Abstract: | The method of determination and extraction of polys accharide from Tricholoma Matsutake of different reigions through phenol hydrate -sulfuric acid is presented,The effects of temperature mediums and extration mi crowave have been studied. It is demonstrated that the contents of polysaccharid e from Tricholoma Matsutake sub-matter on different regions are like enough.Ext raction though microwave can evidently raise the rate of polysaccharide from Tri choloma Matsutake,the maximum rate can reach 3 75%. |
