| Abstract: | The basic law of growth and metabolism of Pseudomonas JS-01 was studied with autocontrol batch fermentation equipment. Then enough data of (C,μ) and (μ,qp)were obtained by controlling the concentration of the growth-limiting substrate with the fed-batch-culture.The parameters such as Kc , μmax,α and β were acquired and the kinetic formula on cell growth rate and product synthesis rate were infered.Thereby,the Monod formula was proved to be rational to discribe the relationship between the cell growth rate of Pseudomonas JS-01 and the concentration of the growth limiting substrate in the broth,and the data showed the fermentation type is one partially related growth. |
