| 摘 要： | 软件重用在各行各业中起着越来越大的作用，本文针对分布式计算机监测系统，采用基于构件库和提供４ＧＬ语言界面的设计思想，设计并实现了供专业人员使用的ＳＥＳＩ软件开发平台，使用ＳＥＳＩ可从方便快捷地设计生成工业上使用的分布式监测系统
