摘    要:研究了步进式加热炉钢坯温度预报模型、各段炉温优化策略和动态补偿方法,模型基于描述坯不稳定导热的二维偏微方程和相应的边界条件,稳态优化设定采用Hooke-Jeeve模式搜索法,动态补偿采用PID调节和专家经验相结合的方法,仿真研究表明,该优化策略是有效的。

Abstract:This paper investigated a prediction model of slab temperature, zone temperature setpoint strategy and dynamic complement method to reduce energy consumption and improve slab heating quality in walking beam reheating furnaces. The model is based on the two dimensional partial differential equations describing the unsteady state heat conduction and the corresponding boundary conditions of the heated slab. Hooke Jeeve method is adopted in solving the optimization problem. PID regulation and expert experiences are applied to the dynamic compensation procedure. The strategy was verified effective through simulations.
