| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是解决“三农”问题的战略举措。此举必须加大公共财政支持，深化农村教育改革，提高农村人口的整体素质。借鉴国内外新村建设经验，江苏新农村建设必须突出产业发展、着眼县域经济、加强科学规划，并坚持教育优先发展没，深化农村人力资源开发。 |

| Abstract: | Constructing the new socialist village is an important strategic action of solving issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. The action requires more support from public finance, deepened educational reform of the country and improvement in the whole quality of the rural population. Borrowing the experiences in constructing the new village from home and abroad, Jiangsu Province must excel in industrial development, focus on countylevel economy, strengthen scientific planning, insist on educational priority and deepen rural human resource development. |
