On Psychological Control and Mutual Affectin Classroom Teachms

Based on the fundamental principles of education and psychology, we analyse the effect and factors of mutual psychological affect between teaehers and students from views of system theory, control theory and the theory of beliefs. suggestions on better control and psychological atmosphere in classroom teachings are also proposed.
