识别电机振动噪声源的试验研究

摘    要:应用数字信号处理技术分析电机噪声具有分析速度快,频率分辨率高,功能丰富等特点。本文通过对一种规格样机振动,噪声谱测试分析,综合运用数字信号处理的多种功能,准确的识别出电机噪声源,从而为电机减振降噪提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:Digital signal processing for analysing noise of motors has the advantages of high computing speed, fine frequency resolution and multiple functionality. In this study the vibration and noise spectra of electrical motors were measured and analysed. The test results show that the vibration and noise sources can be exactly identified by means of comprehensively using the multiple functions of digital signal processing and provide a sound basis for reducing the vibration and noise from motors.
