基于K型热电偶的瞬态高温测试调理电路

摘    要:本文针对导弹爆炸场瞬态高温度测试系统的特定要求,设计了一套基于K型热电偶的单电源传感器调理电路。该电路以单电源仪表放大器INA155、模拟开关MAX4638、二阶有源压控低通滤波器为核心,实现了对热电偶输出信号的可控放大,以及滤波去噪。经过验证,该调理电路配合采集电路,可记录完整的爆炸场温度变化。

Transient High Temperature conditioning circuit based on the K-type thermocouple
Abstract:The specific requirements for the missile explosion field of the transient high temperature test system, Based on a K-type thermocouple designed a single power supply sensor conditioning circuits. The circuit onsist of single-supply instrumentation amplifier INA155, analog switch MAX4638 and the two order active voltage-controlled low-pass filter, achieved the controllability of the output signal of the thermocouple amplifier, and filtering noise. Proven, the conditioning circuit with signal acquisition circuit, can record full blast field temperature changes.
