| 摘 要： | 针对江苏高等职业教育存在的普遍问题，在高等教育大众化阶段，发展江苏高职教育应采取以下对策：在宏观层面，各级政府要优化外部环境；在中观层面，行业、企业要积极参与；在微观层面，高职院校要积极探索自身发展之路。

| Abstract: | Based on the common problems at the stage of higher vocational education popularization, Jiangsu should adopt the following countermeasures from 3 levels. At macro-level, the government at all levels should optimize outside environment. At intermediate level, all lines and enterprises should take part. At micro-level, vocational colleges should actively search for the way of self-development. |
