| Abstract: | The level of a teacher's work centrality is the key factor conditioning the teachers' satisfaction and enthusiasm,and at present,the teachers having lower work centrality exist in many schools.In order to pluck up and maintain these teachers' work centrality,the paper makes a simple exposition from the several sides such as making a good teachers conception,increasing a teacher's satisfaction,making a teacher feel happy and relaxed and so on. |
