| 摘 要： | 论述了板坯连铸二次冷却技术研究的进展,针对板坯连铸工艺及钢水凝固过程,建立了板坯凝固传热通用数学仿真模型。按照连铸工艺要求及铸坯质量准则,应用VB6.0开发了板坯连铸二次冷却计算机通用仿真软件。通过软件的模拟仿真计算,对连铸工艺参数进行优化设计。软件界面直观友好,准确度高。
