新型钢筋阻锈剂的作用机理

摘    要:针对添加阻锈剂后钝化的试件,通过对其钢筋表面、与钢筋距离较近的混凝土薄层和与钢筋距离较远的混凝土薄层的铵含量进行测试,进一步分析了阻绣剂的阻锈作用机理。结果发现,钢筋表面薄层内含有一定量的铵根;距钢筋较近的混凝土薄层含N量比距钢筋较远的混凝土薄层含N量高。由此可以推测阻锈剂含N的极性基团可以吸附在钢筋表面,阻止氯离子等有害离子的侵入,从而阻止和延缓钢筋锈蚀的发生。最主要的原因之一是N的电负性比Cl的大,而N的原子半径比Cl的还要小,在与Cl竞争吸附的过程中,N更容易吸附到钢筋表面,从而阻止氯离子等有害离子的侵入,保护钢筋不被锈蚀。

Abstract:The functional mechanism of the corrosion inhibitor was analyzed through measuring the content of ammonium on the surface of steel bar and in the concrete very close to the steel bar and a little far from the steel bar.The results showed that there was a certain amount of ammonium on the surface of steel,and that the nitrogen content in concrete very close to steel bar was more than that of the far.It is suggested that the polar groups containing nitrogen in the molecule structure of the corrosion inhibitor...
