摘    要:出弹平台进给系统属于高速进给,急启急止系统,因此能否实现高加速度、高速度以及良好的进给驱动性能是设计的关键所在。通过刚体动力学理论计算出出弹平台伺服进给系统的机电参数,运用ADAMS软件建立多刚体虚拟样机模型对机电参数和伺服电机的选型进行校验,并通过ANSYS和ADAMS软件建立进给系统的刚-柔耦合动力学模型,分析刚性体和柔性体情况下模型的输出参数,得出传动误差。仿真分析结果解决了进给系统机电参数和性能匹配的问题。

Abstract:The feeding system of the jacking shells device belongs to the high-speed feed, rapid start and stop sys-tem, therefore whether it can achieve high acceleration, high speed and good feed drive performance is key to the design. According to rigid body dynamics theory, electromechanical parameters of the servo feed system are calcu-lated in this paper. A multi-body virtual prototype model was built by using the software ADAMS to check the elec-tromechanical parameters and servo motor selection, and the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model of feeding sys-tem was built by ANSYS and ADAMS to analyze the model output parameters in the rigid body and flexible body case, and therefore to draw transmission error. According to the simulation results, the electromechanical parame-ters and performance matching problem of the feeding system was solved.
