摘    要:2005年冬季连续测定自然环境下解除牡丹休眠过程中和移入温室后呼吸速率的结果显示:自然环境中随着休眠的解除牡丹的呼吸速率逐渐上升,解除休眠时最高,然后下降;移入温室后随着花芽的萌动呼吸速率又逐渐上升,而未解除休眠的植株在移入温室后呼吸速率降至很低的水平.

Abstract:We examine changes of respiratory rate of tree peony flower buds in process of releasing dormancy outside greenhouse and culturing in greenhouse. The results are as follows: the respiratory rate increases gradually with dormancy release in an open situation and reaches the top at the moment releasing dormancy, then decreases; in greenhouse with the germination of flower buds the respiratory rate increases again, but the respiratory rate of the plants that can't release dormancy decreases to very low level.
