| 摘 要： | 企业筹资风险主要有银行借款筹资风险、股票筹资风险、债券筹资风险、租赁筹资风险、联营及引进外资筹资风险等。利率、汇率变动， 信用危机和资金来源不当是造成银行筹资风险的因素； 股票发行数量、价格、时机选择及股利分配不当是造成股票筹资风险的因素。深入分析造成各种筹资风险的因素， 有利于企业对筹资风险的防范。

| Abstract: | The financing risks of enterprises are mainly bank loan,stock,bond,tenancy,joint operation,importment of foreign fund and so on.Those,changing of rate and exchange rate,credit crisis and improper source of funds,are factors which cause bank financing risks.Those,amount and price of stock,its selection of time,improper distrubition of stock dividend,are factors which cause stock financing risk.Making a deeply analysis on fctors causing all kinds of financing risks will be beneficial to enterprises to take precautions against financing risks. |
