摘    要:针对城市河流河道淤堵、过流能力下降、水质恶化、生态环境破坏等问题,根据城市河流的基本特点和功能,从满足城市河流生态需水量出发,建立了基于生态的城市河流水量水质联合调度模型,模型中水流运动方程和水质模型分别采用圣维南方程和一维对流扩散模型,并分别采用Perissmann四点隐式离散法和有限控制体积显式算法进行求解.将该模型应用于郑州市七里河水系的闸坝生态调度,分析不引用黄河水和引用黄河水2种方案下生态需水量调度效果.计算结果表明,在引用黄河水量的情况下,河道生态需水量能基本满足要求,而在不引黄河水的情况下,其生态需水量无法满足要求.基于生态的城市河流水量水质联合调度模型可为城市河流水量水质联合调度方案的制订、河流生态修复提供技术支持.

Abstract:In order to solve problems including the river siltation,the decrease of carrying capacity,the deterioration of water quality,and eco-environmental disruption in urban rivers,an ecology-based water quantity and quality combined operation model,which was expected to meet the ecological water demand of urban rivers,was established based on the characteristics and functions of the rivers.In this model,the Saint-Venant equation and one-dimensional convection-diffusion model were chosen as the water flow equation and water quality model,respectively,and they were solved by the Perissmann implicit four-point discrete method and the finite control volume explicit algorithm.The model was applied to the ecological operation of the dam in the Qilihe river system in Zhengzhou City,and the effects of operation with and without water diversion from the Yellow River were analyzed.The results show that the ecological water demand of the rivers can be basically satisfied when the water was diverted from the Yellow River,while it cannot be satisfied without water diversion from the Yellow River.The proposed model can provide technical support for formulation of the scheme of water quantity and quality combined operation for urban rivers,as well as for ecological rehabilitation of rivers.
