| Abstract: | Under the background of market economy,the author uses the methods in system science to analyse the unique function of venture investment system in China,to research its structure,economic and social environments and its mechanism of self organization.And some proposals were given on how to construct the mechanism of the venture investment under the new situations of China entering into WTO and the integration of world economy. |
