摘    要:提出了一种基于多色集合理论的印制电路板(PCB)组装优化建模方法.基于多色集合(PS)的递阶结构,构建了包括PS集合层、逻辑层和数量层3个层次的集成模型框架.分别在集合层描述PCB、元件和设备的参数及其相互间的联系;在逻辑层描述各PCB组装任务的工序和设备组成;在数量层描述各PCB组装工序所组装的元件类型、数量和所需的组装时间.基于各层次模型及其相互间的映射关系,建立了多任务、多设备环境下PCB组装优化可计算模型,不仅描述了PCB组装优化问题中各种计算参数、工艺约束、资源约束等复杂的约束关系,还描述了组装过程中,元件短缺、设备故障、订单变化等不确定性影响因素,有利于实现复杂大规模PCB组装优化问题的高效求解.

Abstract:A modeling method of printed circuit board (PCB) assembly optimization is presented. Using the characteristics of hierarchical structure of polychromatic sets, a computable model is formulated to describe PCB assembly optimization with multi-task and multi machine. On the set level, the information model of PCB assembly describes the parameters of PCB task, component, machine and the relations among them with contour matrix. On the logical level, the network model of PCB assembly describes the composing of PCB as- sembly process and machine. On the numerical level, the arrangement model describes the number of compo- nent and the assembly time of each assembly process. Not only the various calculation parameters, process constraints and resources constraints of PCB assembly optimization problem, but also the uncertainty factors of the assembly process are described in computable model. Based on the computable model, the solving effi- ciency of PCB assembly optimization can be improved.
