高温铝液进入冷却剂传热过程的数值模拟

摘    要:高温铝液在水中沸腾蒸发瞬变运动会引发蒸汽爆炸. 为研究高温熔融铝液在水中的传热规律,对不同工况下铝液进入冷却水的传热过程进行了数值模拟,获得了不同的入口速度及铝液温度时各观测点的温度变化曲线. 研究结果表明,入口速度越快以及铝液温度越高,传热则越快.

Abstract:High-temperature molten aluminum interacting with water often leads to steam explosion. In order to investigate the heat transfer law of high-temperature molten aluminum interacting with water, numerical simulations were conducted about heat transfer when molten aluminum dropped into coolant under different experimental conditions. The temperature variation curves at different observation points were obtained about aluminum of different temperatures and different inlet velocities. The result shows that the higher the entrance velocity and the aluminum temperature, the faster the heat transfers.
