| 摘 要： | 通过对哈萨克族与汉族男性胰岛素抵抗相关因素与血压的关系的对比，探讨可能存在的民族差异。抽取哈、汉民族男性共120人，采用直线相关分析分析各民族之间胰岛素抵抗相关因素与血压之间的关系。比较发现：哈、汉民族男性胰岛素抵抗指数、体重指数、腰臀比、三酰甘油、瘦素等因素均与血压正相关，未见种族差异；而哈族男性尿酸、总胆固醇与血压正相关，汉族男性尿酸、总胆固醇与血压不相关，存在种族差异。

| Abstract: | The paper investigate the difference of the relationship between some factors affecting insulin resistance in Han and Kazak men,and analyze the possible national difference.Totally 120 men were selected and linear correlation analysis was adopted to analyze the correlation between some factors affecting insulin resistance and blood pressure in Han and Kazak men.We found: Homeostasis modle assessment insulin resistance,body mass index,waist/hip ratio,the triglyceride,leptin were in positive correlation with blood pressure in Kazaks and Hans,and no national difference;But uric acid and the total cholesterol were in positive correlation with blood pressure in Kazak men,uric acid and the total cholesterol were no correlation with blood pressure in Han men,and exist national difference. |
