| Abstract: | Soft power plays an increasingly important role in regional development.In order to achieve the strategic goals of central plains rising,Henan province has to dig out the following functions of softer power： the driving force of spirit,the innovative creativity of science and technology,the power of human resources,the force of culture nurturing,tourist attraction and the cohesive power of tradition.Only by this way,can the rising of central plains be achieved. |
