| 摘 要： | 冷弯型钢加工汽车轮辋的弹性挡圈,可以归结为异型截面梁的弯曲问题,在物理和几何上均为非线性.该文提出一种半解析半数值的分析方法,对汽车轮辋挡圈的冷弯过程进行了分析.根据所得的结果,说明了该工艺的主要缺陷产生的原因,并论证了该工艺方案进行改进的可能性.

| Abstract: | Manufacturinghubcup by cold bending special-section profile can be considered as the problem ofspecial-section beam bending, which is nonlinear in physics and geometry. This paper putforward a semi-analytic semi-numeric method to analyze the cold bending of the hubcap. Theforms and causes of the defects of the technology are discussed in addition to thepossibility of improving the technology. |
