| 摘 要： | 介绍微生物传感器的结构、原理、应用和发展趋势。阐述微生物细胞的固定化方法，其中比较先进的固定化方法是利用能形成凝胶膜色埋微生物细胞的方法。微生物传感器为环境监测与综合评价以及生物工程控制提供了一个合适、可供选择的手段。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the structure, mechanism,application and development of the microbial sensor. Various techniques for fixing microorganism cells on the sensors are illustrated with the emphasis on the advanced microorganism-occluding gelatin membrane methed. Microbial sensors are used as a suitable selective device in environment monitoring,environmental assessment,and biological technology control. |
