| 摘 要： | 建立公共图书馆服务质量评价指标体系,运用因子分析法分别对2005年和2010年我国31个地区公共图书馆的服务质量指标数据进行统计分析,并对统计分析结果作对比研究,从而对公共图书馆服务质量的发展变化情况进行评价,结合评价分析的结论就如何提高公共图书馆服务质量提出几点建议。

| Abstract: | Building an evaluation index system for service quality of public library in china,and using factor analysis method to deal with indicator data for the 31 regional public library in 2005 and 2010,a comparative study is made upon the results of factor analysis.On the basis of analysis and discussion,some suggests are given on improvement to the service quality of public library. |
