| 摘 要： | 简述了测量领域中轮廓的种类及其数学描述形式,着重阐明了以线性测头传感器为基础的接触式轮廓扫描测量原理,并介绍了4种扫描运动控制策略,最后给出了实测结果。所述原理与方法不仅适用于轮廓度误差的测量,也可以用于参数未知轮廓的反求测量
