| 摘 要： | 文章针对常用文本二值化方法 Ostu算法与 Bernsen算法所存在的缺点 ,在图像局部特性基础上 ,结合图像的整体特性提出了一种整体与局部相结合的图像二值化算法 ,该算法对由于光线不均等噪声影响的图像具有良好的适应性。实验证明了该算法的有效性

| Abstract: | In order to overcome the weakness of Ostu algorithm and Bernnsen algorithm, a new adaptive binarization method is proposed in the paper based on the local information of the images by using the global information as the guide of the binarization process.This algorithm has the advantage of noise-standing and good adaptive characters.The experiment results have proved the advantages of the proposed algorithm. |
