长叶红沙的胚胎学初步研究

摘    要:对长叶红沙胚胎发生的研究表明:花药由四个花粉囊组成,花药壁包括表皮、药室内壁、中层和绒毡层,绒毡层为腺质;花药成熟时表皮宿存,中层和绒毡层退化,药室内壁纤维状加厚;小孢子孢原多细胞,小孢子母细胞减数分裂时的胞质分裂为同时型,四分体排列为四面体形;成熟花粉2-细胞型;胚珠倒生,双珠被,厚珠心;大孢子单孢原,胚囊发育有五福花和德鲁撒两种类型;子房内包含3~4个胚珠,果实成熟后只有1~2个胚珠发育为种子,其它胚珠败育;核型胚乳,胚胎发生为茄型;胚柄由单列细胞组成;成熟种子中有胚乳;发现部分发育不正常的胚囊.

Abstract:Embryology of Reaumuria trigyna Maxim has been studied. The main results are as follows. The anther consists of four sporangiates and its wall contains epidermis, endothecium, midder layer and tapetum which is glandular. The epidermis persists and endothecium fibrous thickening, midder layer and tapetum are ephemeral at the mature stage. Microsporocyte is multicellular. The cytokinesis of microspore mother cell is of the simultaneous type in meiosis,and microspore tetrads are mainly tetrahedral. Mature pollen grains are of the 2-celled type. The ovule is anaprotous,which is bitegminous and crassinucellate. The embryo sac originates from the singlearchesporial cell. The development of embryo sac has two types which are the Adoxa type and Drusa type. There are 3-4 ovules in the developing ovary and only 1~2 ovules can develop into seeds. The development of endosperms conforms to nuclear type and the embryogeny is of the Solanad type, Suspensor is composed of a series of ceils. The mature seeds contain endosperm. Dysplasia embryo sac is discovered.
