影响吉林省失地农民再就业的因素分析

在走访调查吉林省长春市黑嘴子村和光明村失地农民再就业情况的基础上，探讨分析了影响吉林省失地农民再就业的内外因素：内在因素是失地农民缺乏正确的再就业观念及其综合素质不能满足再就业的需求。外在因素是就业市场竞争激烈，劳动力供过于求；政府重视程度不够，相关配套制度缺失以及第三部门职能发挥不到位。

An analysis of the factors influencing the reemployment of land-lost peasants in Jilin Province

Based on the investigation of the situation of the reemployment of land-lost peasants of Heizhuizi Village and Guangming Village of Changchnn City, this paper discusses the internal and external factors effecting the reemployment of them. The internal factors are they have not known enough about the concept of reemployment and their comprehensive quality can＇ t meet the demand of reemployment. The external factors include fierce employment market competition, the oversupply of labor forces, inadequate attention by the government, the lake of related system and the insufficiency of the functions of the third sector.
