| 摘 要： | 地震破坏了灾区的资源环境、地质构造,对区域人居环境产生了一定的影响.从改善和创造适宜人类居住的环境这一整体宏观战略出发,将玉树灾后重建规划与人居环境建设有机联系起来,从人居环境建设的自然、人类、社会、居住和支撑等系统角度探讨玉树重建思路.玉树灾后重建,必须尊重灾区自然地理条件、地质条件、生态环境保护、现有人口经济发展状况、社会文化环境等,充分考虑区域资源环境承载能力,借鉴国内外灾后重建经验,科学规划、合理布局.重建中强调人与自然、文化的和谐统一,重建一个更加安全、和谐、有特色的新玉树.
