生物压电陶瓷复活种植材料研究

摘    要:从HABT陶瓷的电性能测试及对定向基片上细胞生长率的观察,确认它具有合适的压电性能诱导骨细胞生长.生物学性能检测表明HABT陶瓷无毒,适合于作生物种植材料.

Abstract:In this paper, based on the fact a human bone has piezoelectric effects, a composition technique for Hydroxyapatite and Barium Titanate (HABT) is described, which can be used as a piezoelectric ceramic implantation material into human body. It is supposed that when imp-lanted into human body, the material's piezoelectric effect can be excited automatically by the body's activities, which can generate the proper electric stimulations to promote the growth of osseous cells and induce the deposition of calcium salts, no external electric power supply is needed in this process. The experimental results show that the HABT ceramic material does induce the growth of osseous tissues along the chosen direction and possesses better piezoelectric property and excellent biological compatibility.
