桂利嗪原料药及有关物质的HPLC分析

摘    要:建立了桂利嗪原料药及有关物质的高效液相色谱测定法,采用C18柱和二极管阵列检测器,检测波长为254 nm,样品中各成分的分离度及检出灵敏度完全满足有关物质限度的测定要求,最低检出限为0.02%(质量分数),方法简单、专属,能有效控制产品质量。

Abstract:A liquid chromatography method with high performance for analyzing cinnarizine and related substance was established.C_(18) column and gradient were adopted at the detection of 254 nm with a diode array detector.Resolution and detectable sensitivity of each constituent in sample satisfies determined demand of related substance.The lowest detectable concentration is 0.02%.This method was found to be simple,selective and effective for quality control.
