| 摘 要： | 本文对美国和我国国民经济的物价增长指数进行研究,给出统计规律和预报方法,在进行年度经费测算时,提出较合理的物价增长指数的修正方法,同时利用型号可行性论证阶段的经费预测整个型号研制阶段的总经费,各阶段的经费比例,建立年度投资强度模型,并利用“爱国者”实际研制费用验证了此模型。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the price increasing index in the U.S. and China is researched, statistical rule and forecast method are given. For predetermining the annual expenditure, this paper presents a reasonable modifying method of price increasing index and on the basis of the expenditure in the system feasibility demonstration stage predetermines the total expenditure of the system and the ratios between development stages, sets up a model of annual investment intension. The model is reasonable and reliable, and verified by the research expenditure of SAM-D. |
