摘    要:以丁二酮肟作为修饰剂制备化学修饰电极,用于痕量镉的伏安法测定.研究了支持电解质种类及酸度、修饰膜厚度、富集电位、富集时间、扫描速度等因素对伏安曲线的影响,获得较为优化的测试条件,在0.1mo/L HAc—NaAc缓冲溶液(pH=4.0)中,ca(Ⅱ)的浓度在2.0×10^-9moL/L-2.0×10^-6 moL/L范围内与它的氧化峰电流呈良好线性关系,检测限达2.0×10^-9 moL/L.该电极具有很好的重现性.在含4.0×10^-7moL/Lcd(n)试液中连续测定10次,其RSD为7.8%.本法用于环境污水样(咸宁市咸安区的西河水)测定,获得满意的结果.

Abstract:The glassy carbon electrode modified with diacetyldioxime was used to determine trace Cd(Ⅱ)by differential pulse stripping voltammetry. The effect of the type and acidity of electrolytes,the thickness of Diacetyldioxime membranes,accumulation - potential,accumulation time,scan rate on the response of Cd(II)were investigated to acquire optimum conditions. In 0. 1 mol/L pH = 4.0 HAc - NaAc buffer,there was an excellent linearity between oxidation current and concentration of Cd(Ⅱ) in the range from 2.0 × 10^-9 mol/L to 2.0 × 10^-6 mol/L with a detection limit of 2.0 × 10^-9 mol/L. The electrode had very good repeatability. Its relative standard deviation (RSD) obtained from 10 continuous determinations of the same solution containing 4.0 × 10^-7 mol/L Cd(Ⅱ) was 7.8%. This method was used to determine water samples (Xianning City Xianan area of the West river measurements) with satisfactory results.
